Hello! This is my blogggg! I need to say something about myself so this is it! My name is Kathrina Capurihan. Im 16 years old. I live at niugan cabuyao laguna. I finished my junior highschool in maranatha christian academy. And now im taking Culinary Arts at STI College Sta Rosa. I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience.I also enjoy travelling,sports, watching romantic movies , going out for dinner, and having great conversations! I also love to capture every moment. My dream is to become a successful chef someday. I am a warm, caring, loving & trustworthy person. I share a very special bond with all my friends & family. Kathrina Capurihan CA111-1A Human suffering              When sadness strikes, the whole world may seem like a dark and cruel place suffer means undergo in so much pain. We all know that the world is full of suffering and pain not only physical but also in emotional and spiritual, whether in movies or in real life can experience suffer. According to Buddha suffering is caused by selfish craving and personal desire. Now, we really create our own suffering?                Buddha teaches that craving is our self made suffering. We create our own suffering through cravings for the things that we do not have. People nowadays are greedy to have a new things even though they don't need it.
